Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cuewell, an iOS app provided by Selerim (“we,” “us”). By using Cuewell you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cuewell on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & billing

• Cuewell offers a free tier (one active lock) and a paid “Cuewell Pro” subscription (unlimited locks and all features).
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

What Cuewell is (and isn't)

Cuewell is a self-guided focus tool that adds friction before you open chosen apps. It is not a guarantee that you won't use those apps, and it is not a medical, clinical, or therapeutic service. Use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to circumvent its security, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimers

Cuewell is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selerim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cuewell.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Selerim is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
